Tutions through internet

Is it safe to send our children out for tutions. No, as the times have changed. At this time no body is safe. We hear and read news about abductions, sexual harrasments and other physical tortures to kids and teens going to school also. Then what is the alternate? Studies at school in classrooms are not enough for a child's good score in this age of competitions. Then we have only two options left.
1. Hire a tutor for home tutions: Home tutors are available in every area. But everybody can't hire them as they charge a lot for home tutions and finding and hiring tutors for all subjects is a tedious work.
2. On Line tutions: In this age of Computers and Technology when access to internet is within the reach of everybody online tutions are much viable solution to the problem. We can choose a good tutor from all over the world on any subject and hire him on hourly/seission/subject basis. We can negotiate tution fee with suitable person.
